OCB had a Bush/Bin Laden av awhile ago, I believe.

Yeah, I have to force refresh (ctrl+f5) everytime someone changes avatars, or else it'd keep the old avatars forever >_<

I don't have to do that. I just enter the page or simply refresh, and Voila!, new ave is visible... ^_^

Can't we solve our "can't see the post 'cause it's on a new page" problem with Ctrl-F5?

You can, but it'll make browsing sites slower.

The reason it does that is because you have it se tto not alwas update images and such on sites, most people set it like that for increased browsing speed, rather than redownloading the entire site's images eveyr time you visit a site. And after awhile of browsing, your computer won't always update when it should.
